I was just reading a few articles on seo, written by other seo companies, which is part of my daily routine being a seo consultant.
Articles about what is new in the world of seo, you need to keep up with Jones, this is the only reason l do this, plus, to see if there is anything worth taking note of.
While sifting through the rubbish that some of the seo consultants write about, l came to the realization how over populated the seo sector has become and how many websites some of these seo companies actually own, never mind about the endless amount of well optimized articles they are writing about, literally hundreds and thousands of articles a day, about seo and search engine optimisation, they have teams of seo copywriters piling out the drabble, seo this and seo that, so that you can find them and use their so called professional seo service, which, wait for it, is a massive secret. mentioning the same old things time and time again, the reason ladies and gentlemen that they do this, is for one link to their own website, just to give them a little push up the serps.

There was a theory a few years back about Sand boxed, seo companies was telling their clients, the ones that was not positioning, that you must have been Sand boxed, what a load of rubbish, what actually happened, was Google experienced problems with the amount of websites and forums and blogs that where being created and could not index them all, they did not have the capacity to store the data, this was just a good excuse for the seo company to have you wait another six months, while they spent your hard earned cash or company advertising funds.
The seo industry itself is also being over popularized by the programmers and web developers, developing software’s, that somehow can miraculously get you to the top of the search engines, rubbish, they want your money, the same with seo books, ten top secrets of optimisation, learn the basics of seo, again they are all rubbish, the only reason for you to buy this rubbish, is because you cannot find what you want on the serps, that’s right because the seo companies have piled so much useless data into the serps, that it has become impossible to find anything.
If you want to optimize your website yourself, go to Google webmasters central, it will help you identify any existing problems with your website and also give you much needed input to help you optimize your own website, it has an array of good seo tools that will assist you, you can also visit one of their employees Matt Cutts, who will, when he has the time to respond, answer any question you may have about seo and search engines.
SEO is not a secret are a black art, it is all about time management and that is the big secret, if you do not have the time to optimize your own website, I suggest that you ask a colleague who is using an seo company.
